They say that is the show business, nothing is certain, one moment your on top and the next moment you’re not! However, if you want to guarantee a stable future in show business, then you should try working behind the scene! Actors and actresses come and go, but not the production team! If you are considered to be the best in your field, you can work for many producers and with many actors and actresses!
A friend of mine who wanted to work in show business, but lacked the talent when it comes to acting, singing and dancing, was able to fulfill his dream by being part of a production team. He was good at physics and math, not to mention his superb creativity and solving problems, and when he was able to attend an entertainment technology school in Ontario, his career in show business was certain! The entertainment technology school he attended not only trained him to be the best, but also opened doors of opportunity for him!

Americans make up the fattest population in the world. There’s a reason for that, actually five reasons listed below and they are easy to avoid and adjust if you don’t want to be another statistic.
1.Fried Foods: This is a terrible category in and of itself and one that should be avoided whenever possible. Foods that are fried lose their nutritional value almost immediately. Beyond that they are covered in coating and then the cooking method used is frying which is awful in and of itself. It matters not if you are eating fried meats, fried vegetables, or fried cheese, they are all bad and all contribute to a very fat American population as these happen to appear on nearly every menu.
2.Processed Foods: Americans are notorious for stocking their pantries and refrigerators with processed foods. They are convenient, they are delicious, and they are readily available. Rather than investing the necessary time to prepare and enjoy healthy foods, these are often readymade and therefore easier to enjoy. They also happen to be loaded with additives, preservatives, tons of salt, and of course fat.
3.Fast Foods: Whether we’re willing to admit it or not, the fact is that many American diets are loaded with far more fast food than should be consumed. This is again often done out of convenience and because they are cheap. However these foods often lack any nutritional value, are loaded with fat, and have condiments that contribute to their unhealthy factor. It’s important to bypass fast food restaurants or at least learn how to order healthier options if you absolutely must eat here.
4.Overabundance of Meat: Protein found in meat is not the problem. However Americans tend to eat more meat than any other population. The reason is that it’s a staple in American diets, readily available at the store and at restaurants, and many assume that this is what they should be eating with each and every meal.. Eating lean protein is a much better option and ensures that you don’t overdo it on the meats that can be quite fatty in your diet.
5.Too Much Refined Sugar: This is what many point to as the biggest reason why Americans are fat. Rather than opting for whole grains in their carbohydrates selections, many Americans go for white pastas, breads, and rice. They also load up on sugary treats from cupcakes to candy and this raises insulin levels, helping the body to hold onto any extra fat. Replace the bad stuff with the good stuff and limit your treats if you want to make a difference.
Though we often don’t want to hear it, there are certain foods that contribute to America being fat. These are easy to avoid, though they often involve a lifestyle change.
